Returns & Refund Policy

At our store, we offer a range of intimate products that are designed for private use. We understand that these products require discretion and care, and for this reason, we cannot accept returns unless the items are faulty or damaged during shipping.

We take the safety and health of our customers seriously, and as such, we do not resell any products that have been opened, used, or tampered with in any way. Therefore, we cannot accept returned items, even if they have been claimed to be unused. We believe that this is the responsible way to ensure that our customers receive products that are safe and hygienic.

Many of our products come with a one-year manufacturer's warranty to ensure that they are in good working condition for you. If you encounter any issues with a faulty product within one year of purchase, we will replace it for you. If the product is faulty within the first month of purchase, we will send you a brand new product and collect the faulty one immediately. To request a replacement, please contact us via phone, email, or live chat, and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.

If you change your mind about your purchase and the parcel is still on its way to you or has just arrived, and you haven’t opened it yet, we can offer a credit voucher or refund. However, we will charge a 10% handling fee at our discretion, and the product must be returned in good condition to ensure that it has not been opened or tampered with. Please note that we cannot accept returns on any items of an intimate nature that have been removed from their packaging, unless they are faulty.

We do not accept returns on any lingerie items that have been removed from their packaging. We strongly advise that you use our sizing guide and helpline to ensure that you order the correct size.
